HOW TO ORDER?

TAKE NOTE OF THESE 5 SIMPLE STEPS

STEP 1: INQUIRE

  • Check first the availability of the items you're interested in, by sending us a direct message to any of our social media platforms. Please send your inquiry to only one of our social media accounts to avoid confusion or misunderstanding.

  • Check if the items are onhand or for preorder.

STEP 2: FILL OUT ORDER FORM/SEND ORDER DETAILS

  • Once you are 100% sure of your order, you may fill out the order form provided or you may be asked for your order details (if no form applicable). Please take note that submitting your order means you have fully understood the terms and conditions.

  • No cancellation upon order submission.

STEP 3: SEND PAYMENT

  • A down payment is required to secure your order. You may send your payment thru our GCash or BPI Accounts. You may also pay in full amount if you wanted to.

  • Deadline of payment (DOP) must be followed. DOP differs in every order.

  • Don't forget to take a screen shot or clear picture of your payment receipt to serve as your proof of payment. Fill out the payment form and attach your proof of payment.

STEP 4: WAIT FOR PH ARRIVAL

  • After submitting and paying for your order, all you need to do is to wait! Wait for your items to arrive in the Philippines. It usually takes 2-4 weeks for our box to arrive once shipped out from Korea. Updates are regularly posted on our accounts, or you may directly message us to know the status of your order.

  • Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) are indicated on our selling post. Please be reminded that ETA is only a guide and not the exact date of arrival. It may arrive earlier or later than the said ETA. Box will be closed for shipping once it's full.

STEP 5: PACK AND SHIP

  • After the box is delivered to our address, please give us time to disinfect and sort all items.

  • Depending on your DOP, if you must, please settle your remaining balance as soon as our box arrived in the Philippines. Once you are fully paid, we will line up your item for packing and shipping. Kindly wait for the photo update of your order. For photocards, photo and video condition will be sent.

  • After packing your order, it will be scheduled for shipping thru your chosen mode of delivery.
